Do I need a Doctors referral?
No, you do not require a doctor’s referral to make an appointment, however, if you wish to use health insurance or claim through Westfield, they may ask you to be referred by your Doctor.
Are you recognised by Westfield?
Yes, all the physiotherapy treatments are covered by Westfield.
Are you approved by my Health Insurance company?
Yes the physiotherapist is recognised and approved by all major health insurers.
How do I pay for my treatment?
You can make payments through a secure link from this website, or the clinic will accept cash or a cheque.
Will I have to undress?
In order to effectively assess and diagnose your condition, it will be necessary to see the affected area. You may feel more comfortable bringing a pair of shorts if it is a lower limb/back disorder.
Can Physiotherapy help?
Your first appointment with Oneway Clinic will aim to answer that question.
In the one hour assessment you will be asked questions relating to your condition to enable me to provide you with a detailed diagnosis and explanation of how best to manage your symptoms. If your condition can be helped by physiotherapy, a course of treatment will be suggested.
The actual number of sessions required will be dictated by the nature of your condition and how long you have suffered from it.
Be assured that you will not be prescribed more sessions than you need and if I feel physiotherapy is not appropriate, I will suggest an alternative solution such as referral to a specialist for example.
